Your contact enquiry
The form collects your name, email address, selected topic, message, and optionally your company. Your enquiry and the submission time are sent to our business mailbox so we can respond and discuss the support you need. The form records your agreement to that use. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
We process enquiries based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) where your enquiry concerns steps towards a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted with ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany. Website requests involve technical information such as your network address, requested page, request time and browser information. The hosting service may record technical access and error logs to operate and protect the website. This processing serves our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. See the hosting provider’s privacy information.
Spam protection and storage
The contact service uses a hidden spam-check field and submission limits. It keeps keyed hashes of network addresses and enquiry content, timestamps and submission references for duplicate prevention and rate limiting. These records are used for ten minutes; expired entries are removed during subsequent valid submissions. The live form does not save the message itself as a separate file on the web server.
Your enquiry is handled in our business mailbox and retained for responding to it and any resulting business relationship. Retention also depends on applicable legal record-keeping duties. You can contact us to request deletion; we will explain if a legal obligation requires us to retain particular records.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
These company pages do not set cookies, use browser storage, or embed analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served directly with the website.
Appointment booking and other links
Appointment booking opens Google Calendar in a separate tab. If you use it, Google receives the information you submit and handles it under its own privacy terms. Partner and other external links also open separate websites. External services are not embedded in these company pages.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Contact us using the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
